SHIPPING

Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled. Due to Covid some items maybe subject to pre-order. Hair is available for pre-order, so please allow 7-14 buisness days for processing plus shipping. If items are in stock we ship next day if ordered by 3pm CST. Most items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and UPS which take approximately 1-3 business days. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

During Sales, orders can take 48-72hrs to process if instock before shipping. (3-7 Business days)

 

THE LA LA COLLECTION isn't responsible for any lost or damaged items once shipped. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you have not received it or item has been damaged during transit, you must contact the United States Postal Service or UPS.  

THE LA LA COLLECTION does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped. All packages require a signature at delivery (otherwise noted)

If Items have not been received , it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. CST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped on the following business day.

No returns or exchanges. All sales are final! Unless wrong item received.
